生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理生產(chǎn)進度管理上市公司精益生產(chǎn)
崗位職責:
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經(jīng)營目標，參與制定并執(zhí)行本部門的年度工作目標和各階段工作目標；

2、全面控制、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)部門的資源及各項生產(chǎn)活動，保質(zhì)、保量完成交付；
2.Fully control and coordinate the resources and production activities of the production department, and complete the delivery with quality and quantity guarantee;
3、參與公司生產(chǎn)效率提升和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善的行動計劃與實施；
3.Participate in the action plan and implementation for improving production efficiency and product quality within the company;
4、負責工單清尾及結案進度點檢，超期工單數(shù)據(jù)異常分析；
4.Responsible for tracking the progress of work order clearance and case closure, as well as analyzing anomalies in overdue work order data
5、與研發(fā)部門密切合作開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品，革新技術和工藝流程以及改進產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
5. Collaborate closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and processes, and improve product quality;
6、制訂與實施庫存計劃和生產(chǎn)成本控制計劃；
6. Develop and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans;
7、根據(jù)生產(chǎn)加工流程和技術要求確定所需人員的資格條件、工作步驟，分配工作任務；
7. Determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel based on the production and processing process and technical requirements, and allocate work tasks;
8、執(zhí)行7S與精益生產(chǎn)管理，杜絕八大浪費；
8. Implement 7S and lean production management to eliminate the eight major wastes;
9、組織部門員工的任用、培訓和考核等各項工作；
9. The appointment, training, and assessment of employees in the organizational department;
10、完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，理工類（機械電子/物理/化學）相關專業(yè)；
1.1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and technology (mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;
2、10年以上電子/半導體封裝/汽車制造/自動化設備類大型制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗，有臺資/日資企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，管理幅度超過600人；
2.More than 8 years of electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production management experience is preferred, management range of more than 600 people;
3、熟悉精益生產(chǎn)管理、運營管理、成本控制等相關工作流程；
3.Proficient in lean production management, operation management, cost control and other related workflow;
4、具備良好的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
