2.制定和優(yōu)化組裝流程,撰寫作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書;
Develop and optimize the assembly process, write the operation instruction;
3.主導(dǎo)材料和新制程的評估;
Lead material and new process evaluation;
4.設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化組裝夾具;
Design and optimize assembly fixtures;
5.主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品失效分析,對各個(gè)階段(試產(chǎn),量產(chǎn),市場反饋)的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析,給出分析方案;
Lead the product failure analysis, analyze the quality problems in each stage (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and give the analysis plan;
6.RMA分析和制定處理方法;
RMA analysis and development of treatment methods;
7.參與跨部門協(xié)調(diào),與生產(chǎn),品質(zhì),測試,項(xiàng)目部門團(tuán)結(jié)合作,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高效率;
Participate in cross-departmental coordination, work with production, quality, testing and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency;
8.參與導(dǎo)入自動(dòng)化,提高效率和良率;
Participate in import automation to improve efficiency and yield;
要求:
1.??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷;
College degree or above;
2.有英文讀寫能力;
Able to read and write English;
3.掌握SMT組裝工藝;
Master SMT assembly process;
4.掌握FPCA工藝設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,能獨(dú)立針對客戶的設(shè)計(jì)提出DFM;
Master FPCA process design specification, can independently propose DFM for customer design;
5.了解FPC工藝規(guī)范;
Knowledge of FPC process specification;
6.工藝材料及可靠性失效分析相關(guān)知識(shí);
Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis;
7.質(zhì)量改善流程與數(shù)據(jù)分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等);
Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as seven QC techniques,DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.);
8.了解研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理含 EI/ESI、NPI/TPI、及產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入相關(guān)流程和輸入輸出件;
Understand R & D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import process and input/output parts;
9.掌握 FMEA, Control Plan;
Master FMEA, Control Plan;
10.熟悉SPC,MSA等統(tǒng)計(jì)控制方法;
Familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical control methods;
11.SMT相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上.
At least 3 years SMT related working experience.
