Requirements
Education
? Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
? Several years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with a focus on international sourcing of direct materials (e.g., electronics, sensors, electromechanics).
? Proven success in developing and executing global sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost and process improvements.
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
? Strong understanding of global supplier markets, procurement trends, and business dynamics.
? Advanced negotiation and contract management skills, including familiarity with contract law.
? Proficient in MS Office & Power BI; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
? Fluent in English (C1+); other language are a plus.
