Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing); capable of leading bilingual meetings, presentations, reporting, and client communication.
3年以上廣告或市場(chǎng)營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)
具備品牌服務(wù)、項(xiàng)目管理、創(chuàng)意溝通、預(yù)算把控等實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠獨(dú)立推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management; hands-on experience in client servicing, project coordination, budget management, and creative communication.
有海外學(xué)習(xí)或生活背景者優(yōu)先
具備跨文化理解能力與國際視野,能服務(wù)本地與跨境品牌客戶。
Preferred: Background in overseas education or living; strong intercultural awareness and ability to work with international/local clients.

客戶溝通與關(guān)系維護(hù)
與中方和印尼方客戶保持高頻溝通,深入理解客戶需求與品牌方向,建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系。
Maintain ongoing communication with clients(China& Indonesia); understand brand goals and build strong, trust-based client relationships.
項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)籌與進(jìn)度管理
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目全流程推進(jìn),包括策略對(duì)接、創(chuàng)意協(xié)調(diào)、執(zhí)行落地與進(jìn)度把控。
Oversee end-to-end project management, from strategy alignment and creative coordination to execution and timeline control.
方案撰寫與提案支持
協(xié)助或主導(dǎo)撰寫整合營銷方案,包括Campaign策劃、社媒傳播、公關(guān)活動(dòng)、KOL策略等。
Lead or support the development of integrated marketing proposals including campaign planning, social media strategy, PR events, and KOL activation.
預(yù)算管理與報(bào)價(jià)把控
負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)價(jià)、預(yù)算編制與成本監(jiān)控,確保項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)框架內(nèi)高效完成。
Manage project budgets and quotations; ensure financial accuracy and project delivery within approved cost frameworks.
跨部門協(xié)作與反饋整理
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)(策略、內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)意、媒介等)與外部供應(yīng)商,確保信息高效傳達(dá)與問題及時(shí)解決。
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
項(xiàng)目總結(jié)與客戶滿意度跟進(jìn)
完成項(xiàng)目復(fù)盤,輸出總結(jié)報(bào)告,主動(dòng)收集客戶反饋并推動(dòng)關(guān)系深化。
