知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護項目經(jīng)理崗位職責 Job Profile:
1. Coordinate with client consultant on case status management, case daily update, and IP project follow ups.
2. Provide documentation support and translate documents from Chinese to English or vice versa.
3. Draft proposal, email update and case report etc.
4. Manage the internal filing and case profile of clients, assist client development and intellectual property protection related work.
5. Assist and organize communications with clients/third parties.
6. Provide daily project supports e.g. disbursements management, project schedule management, liaisons with accountant on client billing, project operation maintenance.
7. Some other client support work and case admin assigned by line manager.
崗位職責:
1. 協(xié)助客戶顧問推進知識產(chǎn)權(quán)品牌保護項目的跟進、案件管理、日常更新、項目報告。
2. 中英翻譯和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護項目的文書支持。
3. 撰寫項目計劃書、定期郵件匯報、正式報告等。
4. 管理客戶的案件檔案，協(xié)助客戶拓展和品牌保護的相關(guān)工作。
5. 組織與客戶/第三方服務(wù)商保持溝通和聯(lián)系。
6. 提供項目的日常支持，例如: 費用管理、行程安排、賬單、實施方案等。
7. 完成直線經(jīng)理交辦的其他案件事務(wù)。

任職要求:
1) Bachelor degree in English/Business Management related (equal or above CET6 level).
2) Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
3) Basic knowledge on intellectual property or foreign trade is a good addition (not a must).
4) Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
5) Strong attention to detail, be initiative and flexible.
6) Being able to prioritize workload and good interpersonal skills.

任職要求:
1) 大學本科以上學歷（英語六級或以上）, 英語、商業(yè)管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)，或海外留學背景優(yōu)先。
2) 精通英語，中英文表達能力良好。
3) 具備知識產(chǎn)權(quán)或外貿(mào)行業(yè)背景可優(yōu)先考慮。
4) 熟練使用 MS Word、Excel、Outlook 和 PowerPoint。
5) 工作細致，思路清晰，具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。
6） 能夠優(yōu)先處理工作量，良好的人際交往能力。
