該崗位為呼叫中心跨境項(xiàng)目的 中控、場控專員,需要具備一定的英文讀寫能力
職位描述:
1、根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的業(yè)務(wù)量情況,支持跨平臺(tái)多技能人力的Profile調(diào)配,協(xié)助處理及報(bào)備項(xiàng)目突發(fā)問題,例如賬號(hào)及權(quán)限問題管理,確保正常接線及避免合規(guī)問題
2、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控員工遵守班表的情況,協(xié)助小組經(jīng)理監(jiān)控員工每天出勤以及遵守班表的情況,協(xié)助WFM 經(jīng)理以及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理提高項(xiàng)目的計(jì)費(fèi)使用率。
3、確保及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地提供login efficiency 及其他項(xiàng)目指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告
職位要求:
1. 具有較強(qiáng)的excel,PPT,等其他辦公軟件知識(shí), 尤其是excel公式和數(shù)據(jù)透視表,以及圖表的使用)
2. 能夠快速響應(yīng),短時(shí)間內(nèi)采取行動(dòng)并行之有效
3. 清晰的邏輯思維能力,了解客戶服務(wù)中心關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的計(jì)算
4. 良好英語口語及書寫能力
5. 最好有做過WFM 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

-Support the adjustment of cross-platform multi-skilled manpower profiles according to real time volume of the site
-According to the on-site situation, maintain the CS system, assist in handling and reporting project emergencies
-Account and access management to ensure normal CS business and avoid compliance issues
-Responsible for coordinating the migration, switching and test feedback of various systems in the project
-Responsible for some client required and internal use reports, and monitor the adherence to schedule in real time
-Assist the project manager to reasonably arrange offline activities and the use of non-output status
-Assist the project manager to ensure that the employees’ work online meet requirement
-Assist WFM managers and project managers to increase the billing rate of the project
-Assist the team leaders to monitor the daily attendance of employees and schedule conformance
-Real-time and accurately remind the team leaders of the status of employees who do not comply with the schedule
-Ensure timely and accurate provision of login efficiency and other account key metrics data analysis and reporting
-Be able to complete the work well with little supervision and time constraints
Requirements
-Have strong knowledge of excel, PPT, and other office software, especially excel formulas and pivot tables, as well as the use of charts
-Be able to respond quickly and act in a short period of time
-Clear logic, has a very clear understanding on call center related KPIs
-Good oral & written English
-Can work on shifts, and not fixed weekends mode, China PH may need on duty
-Better to have WFM related work experience
