Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) HMI engineer to join our team. You will contribute to the early stage of a large-scale expansion project in Canada Key Responsibilities ? Take the role as IACS HMI Engineer during the project period and be responsible to coordinate and follow-up on all IACS activities in China during the project period. ? Support the VILS project with IACS competence and capabilities within HMI. ? Drive and coordinate IACS HMI discipline tasks throughout the project period. ? Assess proposed specifications, IACS HMI designs and test plans. ? Support the bidding and selection process for the execution phase. ? Address any discrepancies or deviations from Customer standards and project specifications. Qualifications ? M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree. ? 10+ years of industry experience within powder or related industries, especially in largescale projects, with a special focus on tasks within HMI design and implementation. ? Intermediate to Expert level of experience at least one of the following HMI / DCS software’s (PCS7, DeltaV or EcoStruxure? Foxboro etc..). ? Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP and OPC UA for seamless integration and data exchange across automation systems. ? Knowledge to integrate PLCs with DCS/HMI systems. ? Knowledge of ISA standards IEC 63303:2024 HMI. ? Knowledge of ISA IEC62682:2014 for alarm. ? Competence of Human Factor. ? Strong communication and teamwork skills. ? International and multi-cultural experience (a strong asset). ? English fluency required. ? Availability to travel. Personal skills / behavior requirements ? High level of integrity. ?
