implementation and standardization of the Management Pillar to deliver
value by cost reduction through efficiencies improvements and new
technologies through the business.
Seeking
for opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity/efficiency and
support the definition of the methodology that should be applied.
Carrying
out IPS assessment at a regional level.
Providing
coaching to IPS Plant team.
Providing
training for process improvement as required.
Facilitating
process improvement projects and workshops that deliver business
improvements and financially contribute to the business, leveraging the
results throughout the organization.
Developing
systems to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Lean and Continuous
Improvement projects and other team-based initiatives.?
Fostering
a data driven culture of IPS throughout the business.??
Supporting
the maintenance of the Management Pillar documents.
Maintaining
and continue to expand personal knowledge of the problem-solving
methodology and tools.
Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations,
technical, or a business role with focus on Continuous Improvement and
Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Production, Chemical, Production or Food
Engineer.
Experience in Process/Production Engineering
Good communication in English
Trained in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
Practices and SPC. Green Belt/Black Belt certification desired
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and unit
operations relevant to the corn wet milling industry, such as basic
chemistry, heat and mass balances, mechanics and physical/chemical
separation and energy management.
