Job Responsibilities
1. Support the CEO Office Strategy Team in developing and executing organizational development strategies and talent planning.

2. Lead organizational design and continuous optimization initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.

3. Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to build talent pipelines for key positions.

4. Participate in the design and implementation of performance management systems and compensation incentives.
參與績(jī)效管理制度和薪酬激勵(lì)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。
5. Facilitate cross-cultural collaboration and lead change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

6. Utilize HR data analytics to support decision-making and provide measurable strategic insights.

7. Oversee the operation and optimization of HRIS systems to enhance digital HR management.
監(jiān)督人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行和優(yōu)化,加強(qiáng)數(shù)字化人力資源管理。
8. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with business units and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields preferred.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、工商管理、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP or in Organizational Development in multinational companies; familiarity with mainstream HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
2年以上跨國(guó)公司HRBP或組織發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟悉主流HRIS系統(tǒng)(如Workday)。
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication and documentation skills. Can use English as the working language.
中英文流利,具有較強(qiáng)的跨文化溝通和文檔撰寫能力。能使用英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言。
What we offer
1. The working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with two days off on weekends and normal holidays off.
