崗位職責(zé):
1.Spotlight Integration with BMW China NSC in regards of sales enablement incl. operational support after go-live and new project ideas investigation.
1.Spotlight系統(tǒng)與寶馬中國(guó)NSC的集成,涵蓋銷售賦能支持,包括上線后的運(yùn)營(yíng)支持及新項(xiàng)目方案調(diào)研
2.Product management: Responsible interface for topics incl. product offer, take rate updates, product investigations and impact analysis including Editions and Accessories.
2.產(chǎn)品管理:負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接產(chǎn)品方案、訂購率更新、產(chǎn)品調(diào)研及影響分析(含特別版車型與配件)等事項(xiàng)
3.Non-series vehicles sales management: Responsibility for PT cars’ quotations, PO provisioning, transfer transportation and software upgrading requirements, and progress tracking as well as Edition Sales
Insight generation: Responsibility for market intelligence & competitor analysis report and monthly sales report & forecast
3.非量產(chǎn)車型銷售管理:負(fù)責(zé)概念車報(bào)價(jià)、采購訂單配置、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸及軟件升級(jí)需求,進(jìn)度追蹤及特別版車型銷售
洞察生成:負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)情報(bào)與競(jìng)品分析報(bào)告、月度銷售報(bào)告及預(yù)測(cè)
4.Event support: Support event preparation upon request of SAL customers, e.g. auto show vehicle readiness
Overall counterpart for the customers and authorities for sales-related topics, such as inquiries about volumes, product offer, network development, dealer training, incentives, customer satisfaction, RTM, BCT & HVB Recycling, OTA, vehicle photo provisioning
4.活動(dòng)支持:應(yīng)SAL客戶要求協(xié)助活動(dòng)籌備,如車展車輛準(zhǔn)備
作為客戶及監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)銷售相關(guān)事務(wù)的總對(duì)接人,處理包括:銷量咨詢、產(chǎn)品方案、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓展、經(jīng)銷商培訓(xùn)、激勵(lì)政策、客戶滿意度、RTM、BCT與HVB回收、OTA、車輛照片提供等事宜
5.Act as the Legal Regulatory Monitoring Governance Function for the topic “l(fā)ocal NEV catalogue” (including monitoring, impact assessment, countermeasures proposal, implementation status tracking and reporting).
5.擔(dān)任“地方新能源車目錄”議題的法律法規(guī)監(jiān)測(cè)治理職能(含監(jiān)測(cè)、影響評(píng)估、對(duì)策提案、實(shí)施狀態(tài)追蹤及匯報(bào))
6.Setup and steer emergency rescue, accident and roadside assistance business process, and escalate, monitor and track implementation performance by service provider
6.建立并引導(dǎo)應(yīng)急救援、事故及道路救援業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)服務(wù)商的實(shí)施績(jī)效進(jìn)行升級(jí)處理、監(jiān)控及追蹤

3.Bachelor's degree or above本科及以上學(xué)歷
