Key Responsibilities
1.Service Cost Management: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of service operation costs, including cost forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization recommendations. Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
2.KPI & Performance Reporting: Monitoring regular KPI dashboards and reports to track service performance across key metrics Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance deviations.
3.Data Consolidation & Forecasting: Consolidate operational data from multiple sources, validate accuracy, and submit data for regional and global reporting. Support forecasting activities for service volume, resource needs, and financial planning.
4.Business Management Support (BMS):Prepare and maintain materials for monthly business reviews, executive summaries, and operational reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance, risks, and action plans.
5.Proactive Issue Identification & Resolution: Analyze KPI trends and operational data to detect early warning signs of performance issues or risks. Communicate findings to stakeholders promptly and drive cross-functional follow-up to resolve issues.
6.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including service delivery, finance, logistics, and regional leadership. Serve as a trusted point of contact for Japan-specific operational data and insights.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Experience:
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within a service, support, or IT environment.
2.Prior experience in IT services, computer hardware, or technology operations is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency:
1.Japanese: Native or near-native fluency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) – mandatory. Must be proficient in both written and spoken Japanese for professional communication and documentation.
2.English: Professional working proficiency (both written and verbal). Ability to communicate effectively with AP stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
1.Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis..
2.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting and presentation.
3.Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

1.Experience supporting Japan-market operations within a multinational corporation.
2.Familiarity with IT service management.

4.Experience with data automation or scripting (e.g., Python) is a strong plus.
