Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Procurement to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO. · Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance for these categories. · Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. · Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for indirect materials and services. · Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies. · Collaborate with engineering and plant operations teams to understand material and service requirements. · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. · Direct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in indirect materials and plant services. · Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
