? Able to automate migration workflows via scripting (Python, Shell, etc.)
? Familiar with the full data migration lifecycle (analysis → design → testing → execution → rollback)
? Experienced in advanced migration scenarios such as incremental and zero-downtime cutovers
Experience Requirements:
? 8+ years of experience in data migration or integration projects
? Led at least two large-scale, cross-border, cross-system data migration projects (at PB scale)
? Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., retail, finance, healthcare)
? Excellent English communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with U.S. and India-based teams
