Strengthen the shipbuilding process inspection, to detect quality problems and timely communicate with Norway Engineer to solve the problems. 3. 與挪威派駐工程師一起建立質量系統(tǒng)文件，包括質量計劃，檢驗標準與試航大綱等 Establish the quality system files with Norway engineers, including quality plan, inspection standard & sea trials outline. 4. 監(jiān)控生產進度，并推動船廠按照生產計劃完成項目。 Monitor the production process, and push shipyard to finish projects according to production plan. 5. 公司交代的其它相關工作。 Other related tasks assigned by top management. 教育背景： 本科或以上/ Bachelor degree or above 專業(yè)不限，船舶工程類相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先 Ship Engineer related major preferred, but not limited to 崗位經驗： 8年以上船舶行業(yè)相關工作經驗，5年以上相關崗位工作經驗，大型企業(yè)工作經驗優(yōu)先考慮 At least 8 years working experience in ship industry, 5 years or above in similar position. Experience in a multinational company preferred 技能知識： 1.英語聽說讀寫流利. Good English in speaking and writing 2.熟悉船舶工藝及驗船標準 Familiar with boat building techniques and inspection standard. 3.熟悉船舶制圖軟件，熟悉船舶圖紙Familiar with CAD related boat drawing software, familiar with boat drawing. 4.熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作.
