工作職責(zé)
1. 設(shè)計(jì)、部署和管理高性能計(jì)算 (HPC) 集群，支持大氣模擬、氣候建模和大規(guī)模環(huán)境分析等計(jì)算密集型建模任務(wù)。
2. 構(gòu)建并維護(hù)強(qiáng)大的環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，整合傳感器數(shù)據(jù)、管理元數(shù)據(jù)、確保數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量，并為研究人員提供無(wú)縫的數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)和分析支持。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)管理工作，包括服務(wù)器安裝配置、操作系統(tǒng)管理維護(hù)、安全監(jiān)控及軟件更新升級(jí)，確保計(jì)算環(huán)境穩(wěn)定安全運(yùn)行。
4. 配置和維護(hù)本地及遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)與數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，保障傳感器、存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、HPC資源與終端用戶之間的高效數(shù)據(jù)流傳輸。

6. 為研究人員提供技術(shù)支持與合作，包括問(wèn)題調(diào)試、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化以及HPC工具和數(shù)據(jù)工作流程的培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)。
7. 協(xié)助設(shè)備采購(gòu)的技術(shù)規(guī)劃和預(yù)算編制，負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商評(píng)估選擇及物流協(xié)調(diào)管理事宜。

任職要求
1. 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、軟件工程、大氣科學(xué)、環(huán)境工程或相關(guān)理工科專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)位。
2. 熟悉氣象與環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)全生命周期管理流程，掌握氣候模型驗(yàn)證及衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)分析方法論。
3. 具備大規(guī)模計(jì)算集群的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及性能調(diào)優(yōu)能力，精通主流并行計(jì)算框架與分布式任務(wù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。
4. 具有公有云服務(wù)部署實(shí)施經(jīng)歷（至少一種主流云平臺(tái)）。
5. 主導(dǎo)過(guò)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)從需求分析到生產(chǎn)落地的完整交付周期，能獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試驗(yàn)證方案并組織技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
6. 熟練應(yīng)用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)解決方案，了解實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)流處理技術(shù)框架的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理。
