? Responsible for accounting work strictly in accordance with Chinese
accounting regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
and corporate requirements and prepare financial statements, ensuring
accurate and complete accounting reports.
? Manage the capital plan, funding process, operations and the asset structure
to support business development..
? Strictly adhere to national foreign exchange management policies and
ensure accurate foreign exchange payments and receipts.
? Coordinate and manage the annual audit, tax clearance, and annual
inspection to ensure timely and accurate completion
? Deliver financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.
? Collaborate with the regional finance management in preparing the annual
financial budget and break down the financial targets into actionable goals.
? Responsible for the cost, expense forecasting, planning, and controlling. And
the overall planning and management of company taxes.
Implement the financial management policies and optimize processes based
on corporate financial policies and compliance.
? Acting as local compliance officer
? Lead and guide finance team to improve work quality and efficiency, ensuring
continuous team development
? Supervise general ledger activities to ensure accurate, complete, and timely
financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Accountable for
the integrity and reliability of financial records.
? Supervise sales accounting activities, supporting the sales department in
administrative and business-related matters.
? Conduct the performance management
Participant in building the relationship with clients deeply
? Maintain the relationship with the relevant government departments such as
the tax bureau, banks, and external intermediaries, staying updated with
relevant regulations and policies
? Coordinate with Managing Director, sales, supply chain and operations to
support business needs
