Major Responsibility責(zé)任概要:
Setting realistic goals for the department heads in rooms division according to Balance Score Card (BSC) and guiding them whenever necessary in order to achieve positive results. Ensuring all departments are practicing and maintaining the Marriott standard at all areas as according to the Brand Standard Audit (BSA) in order to achieve better service standards in terms of guests and associates’ satisfaction.

Training FO & HSKP associates, the Marriott’s culture and philosophy, and stress on practicing them in order to have a better working environment and have people treating people with respect, both internal and external customers.

Specific Duties工作任務(wù):
1.Checking on daily operations in all rooms division’s area to ensure it is smooth and is manned by sufficient manpower at all times.
檢查各房務(wù)部分區(qū)的日常操作,確保工作順利進(jìn)行,并隨時(shí)有足夠的人力。
2.Hold departmental meetings at least once a month to ensure section heads are performing their job smoothly with sufficient support and that everyone is treated fairly in all area and speak up whenever there are concerns.
每月召開至少一次的部門會(huì)議,以確保前廳部及客房部主管及經(jīng)理工作執(zhí)行順利并獲得足夠支持,同時(shí)每個(gè)人公平對(duì)待所有員工,及時(shí)反饋心聲。
3.Deal with Loss Prevention issues as and when required and solve in a timely manner, and keep abreast of the world crisis for the safety of the people and the property.

4.Ensure departmental Profit and Loss statement is in line and cost and expenditure are controlled wisely.

5.Checking on daily logbook of all rooms division to ensure all matters are resolved promptly.

6.Reviewing and fine tuning all policies and procedures for rooms’ department as and when required.

7.Responding to guest comments and complains from GuestVoice or Guest Alert from corporate as and when required.

8.Responsible for grooming all department head mainly, and all associates to grow with the company and to manage the department heads’ Leadership Performance Process.

9.Ensure that the key personnel practices “Managing from the Lobby” concept in the lobby during peak times.

10.Lead by example to comment when credit is due and to take necessary disciplinary action when required. Practicing the Marriott’s Guarantee Fair Treatment at all times and train all supervisor and managerial level associates to adhere to the principle.

11.Remember the fundamentals of treating people with respect in spite of their religion, race, local culture and etc. As Mr. Marriott quoted, take care of the associate and they will take good care of our customers and it is the duty and responsibility for us to lead by example from top down to ground associates.

12.Maintain effective service in line with the hotel’s corporate image

13.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

15.Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy, have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information. When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
遵守集團(tuán)信息安全保護(hù)及個(gè)人隱私的相關(guān)政策,對(duì)支付卡信息、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息、受限信息、非公開信息及公開信息有清楚的認(rèn)知。在公司任職期間嚴(yán)格遵守各類信息的處理規(guī)定,正確處理各類數(shù)據(jù)及文件,防止信息泄漏。
