一、崗位職責：

? AI Platform Construction and Maintenance
Responsible for the setup, optimization, and maintenance of the university’s AI computing platforms (e.g., GPU clusters, cloud computing resources).
Develop and manage AI training/inference platforms to support model training and deployment for research teams.
? AI Technical Support
Provide AI technical consultation for faculty and students, assisting with algorithm implementation, data cleaning, model optimization, etc.
Participate in interdisciplinary AI projects (e.g., smart campus initiatives, educational big data analysis, research-oriented AI tool development).
? AI Tool and System Development
Develop in-house AI applications (e.g., intelligent Q&A systems, academic literature recommendation, teaching data analysis).
Optimize AI model deployment (e.g., TensorRT acceleration, ONNX conversion, edge computing adaptation).
? Training and Knowledge Sharing
Organize AI technical training sessions (e.g., Python programming, deep learning fundamentals, AI tool usage).
Prepare technical documentation and promote AI technology adoption across the university.
二、任職要求：
最低學歷要求：碩士及以上學歷
專業(yè)要求：人工智能、機器人、飛行器控制、電子與電氣工程等相關專業(yè)
語言要求：具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
其他：
??????熟悉機器學習、深度學習、數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)分析等AI算法與工程；
??????有高校工作經(jīng)驗、海外留學經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮；
??????有良好的溝通能力、團隊協(xié)作能力，很強的學習能力。
