一、 崗位職責
-圍繞學生的學習能力提升及創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)引入創(chuàng)新教育資源
-建立及管理校內(nèi)各創(chuàng)新空間及資源
-為學生學術競賽和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目提供支持
-聯(lián)動周邊產(chǎn)學研資源
-對接并協(xié)助轉(zhuǎn)化學生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果
-其它部門領導交辦的事宜
-Introduce up-to-date educational resources to enhance students’ learning skills and foster students’ innovation capabilities
-Establish and manage on-campus innovation spaces and related resources
-Provide support for student academic competitions and innovation & entrepreneurship projects
-Coordinate with surrounding industry-university-research resources
-Facilitate the connection and commercialization of students' innovation and entrepreneurial outcomes
-Handle other tasks assigned by departmental leadership
二、 任職要求
最低學歷要求：本科或以上學位，碩士學位優(yōu)先考慮。
專業(yè)要求：理工學科及教育學科背景，有科技創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
語言要求：專業(yè)中、英文書寫及口語溝通能力。
其他：優(yōu)秀的項目管理能力，能夠同時計劃、協(xié)調(diào)和交付多個項目。擁有創(chuàng)造性和創(chuàng)新性思維。能推動校內(nèi)外產(chǎn)學研資源的融合。出色的溝通能力，能夠與學生、教師及外部利益相關者有效協(xié)作。能快速了解或洞察行業(yè)需求、其用戶需求及技術創(chuàng)新機會。有國際一流大學的育人理念，及同類大學的工作成果經(jīng)驗和成果。
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above; a Master’s degree is
preferred.
Major: Background in STEM or education disciplines, with preference given to candidates with technology entrepreneurship experience.
Language preference: Proficient in written and spoken communication in both Chinese and English.
Others: Excellent project management skills, capable of planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Creative and innovative thinker. Ability to integrate on-campus and external industry-university-research resources. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
