外貿(mào)公司單證貿(mào)易跟單
崗位職責(zé)： 1. 負責(zé)進出口業(yè)務(wù)全流程單證制作、審核與歸檔（報關(guān)單、發(fā)票、裝箱單等），確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確合規(guī)； 2. 跟蹤貨物物流信息，協(xié)調(diào)處理單證異常問題，保障訂單順利交付； 3. 對接業(yè)務(wù)部門與客戶，確認單證需求，維護良好客戶關(guān)系； 4. 協(xié)助外匯核銷、退稅申報等流程，定期匯總單證數(shù)據(jù)。 任職要求： 1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，國際貿(mào)易/物流相關(guān)專業(yè)，1年以上外貿(mào)單證經(jīng)驗； 2. 熟悉外貿(mào)流程及海關(guān)政策，英語CET-4及以上，熟練操作Office及單證系統(tǒng)； 3. 工作細致嚴謹，溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強，責(zé)任心強。 工作地點：石家莊橋西未來時間17樓1708室
