崗位職責(zé):
1、結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略,制定總體市場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展目標(biāo),規(guī)劃制定公司的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略與策略,并推進(jìn)實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
In alignment with corporate strategy, formulate the overall market development strategy and goals, plan and implement the company's market strategy and tactics, driving the achievement of market development objectives.
2、拓展公司的市場(chǎng)策略,把握公司在行業(yè)中的發(fā)展方向,完成公司在行業(yè)中的市場(chǎng)定位,及時(shí)提供市場(chǎng)反饋;
Expand the company's market strategies, grasp the direction of the company's development within the industry, finalize the company's market positioning within the sector, and promptly provide market feedback.
3、制定和實(shí)施年度市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃和產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃,協(xié)助營銷中心制定業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃,配合市場(chǎng)推廣業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃;
Develop and execute annual marketing promotion plans and product strategies, assist the Marketing Center in formulating business plans, and coordinate with marketing promotion activities.
4、制定與實(shí)施各產(chǎn)品線價(jià)格體系及營銷戰(zhàn)略、營銷策略、地區(qū)覆蓋策略及推廣計(jì)劃,并組織相關(guān)人員培訓(xùn);
Establish and implement pricing systems for various product lines, along with marketing strategies, regional coverage strategies, and promotional plans, organizing training for relevant personnel.
5、制定公司品牌管理策略,維護(hù)公司品牌;
Devise the company's brand management strategy, preserving and enhancing the company's brand image.
6、指導(dǎo)、參與市場(chǎng)的開拓、渠道管理等日常工作,搭建和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,拓展新的銷售渠道,提升銷售業(yè)績,完成銷售指標(biāo);
Guide and participate in market development, channel management, routine tasks, build and maintain client relationships, explore new sales channels, enhance sales performance, and accomplish sales targets.
7、管理監(jiān)督公司市場(chǎng)費(fèi)用使用、控制工作以及本部門管理工作,組織部門開發(fā)多種銷售手段,完成銷售計(jì)劃及回款任務(wù);
Oversee the utilization and control of marketing expenses, manage department operations, and organize the development of multiple sales approaches to fulfill sales plans and collection targets. 8、主持公司重大營銷合同的談判與簽訂工作;
Preside over negotiations and signings of major marketing contracts for the company.
9、公司運(yùn)作與各職能部門進(jìn)行協(xié)作管理,協(xié)助監(jiān)督各項(xiàng)管理制度的制定及推行。
Collaborate with various functional departments in company operations, assisting in the supervision of policy formulation and implementation.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營銷、工商管理、航空航天或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields, with preference given to candidates from these backgrounds.
2、具備戰(zhàn)略管理、組織變革管理、管理能力開發(fā)、市場(chǎng)營銷、合同法、談判技巧等能力
Possesses skills in strategic management, organizational change management, capacity building, marketing, contract law, and negotiation techniques.
3、10年以上航空航天行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營銷管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉市場(chǎng)營銷策略和技巧,有豐富的品牌推廣和渠道拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有成功營銷案例;
Over 10 years of experience in aerospace industry marketing management, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and techniques, extensive experience in brand promotion and channel expansion, backed by successful marketing case studies.
4、對(duì)航空航天行業(yè)有深入了解,熟悉行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局;
Deep understanding of the aerospace industry, familiar with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
5、具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力和分析能力,能夠準(zhǔn)確把握市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和客戶需求;
Possesses acute market insight and analytical capabilities, capable of accurately grasping market trends and customer needs.
6、具備較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力,能夠激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的積極性和創(chuàng)造力;
