We are looking for:
Final year students or recent graduates with Degree accredited by HKIE in disciplines of Civil / Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering and Control, Automation & Instrumentation and Information Engineering who possess excellent academic achievements and the following qualities:

• - high development and leadership potential
• - good analytical and problem solving skills
• - innovative and proactive mindset with strong teamwork
• - proficiency in programming languages
• - keen interest and strong capabilities in the latest technological developments such as: Data Science; Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology; Digitalisation transformation; Application of Internet of Things or 5G mobile technology; Application of Big Data for optimisation or predictive improvements
• - excellent communication skills in English and Chinese or Putonghua
• - dedication to a career in railway design, project management and delivery, operations and maintenance

The assessments for GE candidates will include aptitude tests, group discussion, written test and individual interview. Candidates are recommended to conduct trials and self-practices on aptitude tests and understand the current and future development in MTR Hong Kong via the webpage of MTR before attending the tests or interview.
