Your tasks:
Develop and implement a global digitalization strategy for HR processes aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Analyze, further develop, and harmonize the existing HR system landscape.
Take responsibility for budget planning,cost-benefit analyses, and selecting global HR system solutions.
Manage international projects for implementing new HR systems or system extensions(including SAP SuccessFactors).
Establish SAP SuccessFactors as the system for HR master data and workflows, and introduce global standard processes.
Oversee People Analytics & Reporting at the group level.
Select, manage, and collaborate with system providers and implementation partners.
Provide 2nd-level support to our global key users.
Contribute to the global P&C core team and support group-wide digitalization initiatives(e.g., digital personnel files).
What you should bring:
A successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economic psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience working with HR systems.
In-depth experience in digitalizing HR processes and with SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of project management, process analysis, and organizational development. Strategic thinking paired with operational implementation skills in international project environments.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written(German is preferred).

分析、優(yōu)化并協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)有的人力資源系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)算規(guī)劃、經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析以及全球人力資源系統(tǒng)解決方案的選型。
管理國際項目,以實施新的人力資源系統(tǒng)或系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展(包括SAP SuccessFactors)。
確立 SAP SuccessFactors作為人力資源主數(shù)據(jù)和工作流的核心系統(tǒng),并推行全球標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程。
負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)層面的人員分析與報告工作。
選擇、管理并與系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商及實施合作伙伴合作。
為全球關(guān)鍵用戶提供支持。
參與全球人力資源核心團(tuán)隊工作,并支持集團(tuán)層面的數(shù)字化舉措(如電子人事檔案等)。
崗位要求:
工商管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)心理學(xué)、人力資源管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科及以上學(xué)歷
多年人力資源系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗。
在人力資源流程數(shù)字化方面擁有深厚經(jīng)驗,且熟悉 SAP SuccessFactors。
具備項目管理、流程分析及組織發(fā)展方面的知識。
具備戰(zhàn)略思維,并在國際項目環(huán)境中擁有運(yùn)營執(zhí)行能力。
出色的英語聽說讀寫能力(同時有德語聽說讀寫優(yōu)先)。
