崗位職責(zé): 1. HSE and risk control HSE及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制 Implementing BANC HSE standards, identify the risks in co-product business. Report to sales manager and prepare action plans. Execute the action plan once approved by management to minimize Adisseo exposure to risks. 執(zhí)行公司HSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn),識(shí)別副產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售、交付等中業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。向銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理報(bào)告并準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,并在得到管理層批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施,最小化安迪蘇面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 2. MARKETING 市場(chǎng) Collect co-product (Sulfuric Acid & Sodium Thiomethoxide) market information, customer feedback and identify potential market opportunities. 收集相關(guān)副產(chǎn)品(硫酸及甲硫醇鈉)的市場(chǎng)信息,收集客戶(hù)的反饋,對(duì)市場(chǎng)的潛在機(jī)會(huì)有自己的判斷。 Participate in Adisseo’s co-product value improvement projects. 參與公司副產(chǎn)品價(jià)值提升項(xiàng)目。 3. Sales 銷(xiāo)售 Follow up on sales plan execution and create weekly sales reports. 跟進(jìn)銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行,每周形成銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告。 Follow up on co-product payment and report to sales manager timely and regularly. 跟進(jìn)副產(chǎn)品的回款情況,及時(shí)向銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。 Independently develop Sulfuric Acid customers and improve product sales prices. 獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)硫酸客戶(hù),提升產(chǎn)品售價(jià)。 Control the inventory of Sulfuric Acid at a safe level to ensure the normal production of powder methionine. 管控硫酸庫(kù)存處在安全水平,保障固體蛋氨酸正常生產(chǎn)。 Track the entire export sales process of Sulfuric Acid. 跟進(jìn)硫酸出口銷(xiāo)售全流程。 Synergy with SBU to complete Sulfuric Acid projects. 協(xié)同SBU完成硫酸產(chǎn)品相關(guān)項(xiàng)目。 Maintain customer, deliver customer requirements, and communicate internally, improve customer satisfaction. 開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)客戶(hù),傳達(dá)客戶(hù)需求,提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。 Complete daily activities assigned by sales manager. 完成銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理安排的其他日常銷(xiāo)售相關(guān)工作。 4. AT88 sales suppoting AT88銷(xiāo)售支持 Support sales manager on co-product customer visit coordination. 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理完成副產(chǎn)品的客戶(hù)接待工作 5. Others 其他 Other tasks assigned by supervisors. 其它由上級(jí)主管安排的相關(guān)工作事項(xiàng)。
任職要求: 1.Bachelor’s Degree in Sales&Marketing, trading or related Major 學(xué)歷:本科及以上 專(zhuān)業(yè):銷(xiāo)售、市場(chǎng)或者國(guó)際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) 2.1-3 years’ working experience in chemical product sales 1-3年化工品市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3.Excellent communication skills 具備良好的人際交往、溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力 4.Good sales skill. 良好的銷(xiāo)售能力 5.Problem-solving skills 良好的問(wèn)題解決能力 6.Fluent English speaking and writing 良好的英語(yǔ)交流和寫(xiě)作能力 7.Fluent on Microsoft office set 熟悉office辦公軟件應(yīng)用 8.Familiar with the Sulfuric Acid or Chemical market 熟悉硫酸市場(chǎng)或化工品市場(chǎng) 9.High integrity and responsible working attitude,initiative, proactive and optimistic. 正直、負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度,主動(dòng)、積極、樂(lè)觀 10.Put client requirement first, recognize and follow Addiseo value 以客戶(hù)需求為中心,認(rèn)可并執(zhí)行安迪蘇的價(jià)值觀 11.Be a role model in daily work in accordance with local laws and regulations, company policies, HSE policies (HSE ,security,energy saving etc.), code of conduct etc. 按照當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)、公司政策、EHS政策(健康、安全、環(huán)境、安保及節(jié)能低碳等)、行為準(zhǔn)則等要求,在日常工作中樹(shù)立合規(guī)榜樣。 12.Complete sales work based on related regulations and policies, ensure compliance of overall sales process. 按照法律法規(guī)要求完成銷(xiāo)售工作,確保銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程合法合規(guī)。
