For one of our customer projects in the field of digital services in the automotive industry with a focus on User Experience and Voice Assistant, we are looking for an experienced consultant from 1st of June 2025 in Beijing, full time.

Tasks:?

1. You will support the planning and design of the
   interface between business, quality assurance and development
2. Work as a project manager in the area of User
   Experience and Voice Assistant
3. Direct cooperation with top management including
   derivation of product strategies and preparation of documents suitable for
   management
4. Communication with stakeholder departments and
   working out compromises
5. Communication interface between the Chinese and
   global project team
6. Creation and presentation of management decision
   templates and reports

任務(wù)：?

Requirements profile:

1. 5 – 10 Years of experience in consulting and/or
   the area of development of digital products and services, IuK, E/E, UI/UX
   and further related projects is mandatory
2. Master’s degree in engineering, software
   development or comparable degree related to development of digital
   products and services, have relevant qualification certificates e.g. xx;
3. Interest in ‘digital services’ - high affinity
   for digital products in vehicles
4. Previous experience in User Experience and Voice
   Assistant desired
5. Previous experience in Consulting business as
   consultant desired
6. Previous experience in project management for
   technically complex digital functions required
7. Open to work on new topics and challenges in
   technically complex situations ‘a(chǎn)gile mindset’
8. Confident handling of MS Office
9. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and
   writing business English, and German is a plus
10. Structured way of working in dynamic project
    conditions, responding quickly to changes and ensuring customer
    satisfaction
11. Personal initiative and proactivity, with a high
    sense of responsibility
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
    with clear logical thinking and reasoning ability
13. Excellent client communication skills,
    proficiency in designing high quality PowerPoint reports and presentations

7. 樂于在技術(shù)復(fù)雜的情況下研究新課題和迎接新挑戰(zhàn)，具備“敏捷性思維”。
8. 熟練使用MS
   Office
