Job Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated Support Executive to join our dynamic Support team. To act as the first point of contact for customers, record and manage service requests or issues through a ticketing system, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and track customer issues, queries, or requests via email, phone, or chat.
- Create and manage tickets in the support system Like HubSpot Service Hub.
- Acknowledge customer requests and provide regular updates until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical or operations) to ensure timely closure of tickets.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare basic weekly reports on ticket status and performance
metrics. - Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant departments for process improvement.
- Track SLA timelines and ensure all tickets are closed within agreed time frames.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience: 1 - 3 years
Experience working in a service-oriented or B2B environment preferred.
Hands on Experience of HubSpot Service is preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate
effectively. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving
methodologies.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
