工作職責: 1. Be responsible for the design of hydraulic system, pipings, components of the truck mounted crane and the related testing, and complete the corresponding documents and technical information 負責隨車起重機液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,液壓管路設(shè)計,液壓元件開發(fā),測試,同時完成相應(yīng)的文檔及技術(shù)資料 2. Maintenance of mass-produced products: provide technical maintenance to the existing mass-produced truck-mounted crane products, such as design changes, technical upgrades, development of new supplier of key parts, R&D cost reduction and technical support to the production 量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品維護:對現(xiàn)有量產(chǎn)的隨車起重機產(chǎn)品設(shè)計變更,技術(shù)升級,關(guān)重件新供方開發(fā),研發(fā)降成本,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持等 3. Special product development: partispate in the hydraulic system design of the special project, develop the hydraulic system for the truck-mounted cranes which used in special fields according to customer needs 特殊產(chǎn)品開發(fā):根據(jù)客戶需求,參與特殊項目的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,開發(fā)用于專用領(lǐng)域的隨車起重機液壓系統(tǒng) 4. R&D quality problem management: in order to improve the major quality problems of existing mass-produced products, improve product performance, processability, reliability, maintainability, etc., process special research on mass-produced products, and successfully apply the results to the products, form a closed loop on the existing problems 研發(fā)重品項目:為改善現(xiàn)有量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的重大品質(zhì)問題,提升產(chǎn)品性能,工藝性,可靠性,可維護性等,對量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品開展專項研究,并將成果成功應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品,并對存在的問題形成閉環(huán) 5. Technical support to Sales: be responsible for the technical information of hydraulic system and the technical training for new product market launch 營銷技術(shù)支持:負責產(chǎn)品液壓技術(shù)資料,產(chǎn)品上市技術(shù)培訓,技術(shù)方案溝通與洽談 6. Technical support to Service: be responsible for providing technical support to service department, and processing special research on new failures and difficult failures 售后技術(shù)支持:為售后服務(wù)部提供技術(shù)支持,針對新故障,疑難故障開展專項研究 7. Other matters assigned by department leaders 部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜 任職要求: 1. Be familiar with the principle and structure of hydraulic components and the calculation of hydraulic system as well as the model design selection of hydraulic component 熟悉液壓元件原理及結(jié)構(gòu),熟練掌握液壓系統(tǒng)計算及液壓元件選型設(shè)計 2. Be familiar with the application of engineering softwares such as CAD and pro/e 熟練應(yīng)用 CAD
