Job Responsibilities Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommends effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements University degree Minimum 3 years experience in human resources management Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua
