Qualification & Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or related social sciences field (Master’s degree preferred) ● Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles with proven track record in employee lifecycle management, including complex ER cases and labor dispute resolution. ● 3+ years managing HR operations in multinational/matrixed organizations with cross-culture communication. ● 3+ years' hands-on experience leading RBA/ISO compliance programs with direct oversight of labor standards, ethical supply chain audits, and corrective action plans.
