Responsibilities - Responsible for monthly payroll, tax and various benefit processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with laws and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, social benefit and related policy. - Assist HR supervisor on annual budget, annual bonus and merit increase processes. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems (Gaia attendance system, Platinum payroll system and Workday) and provide reports and data analysis accordingly. - Manage employee profile including employee documents filing, contract renew process, etc. Ensure the documentation management accord with the requirements from internal audit. - Provide employee service like talents allowance application, industrial injury procedure, etc. - Supporting on internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation and data. - Issue the employment certificate and income certificate, etc. - Participate in payroll system updates and improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above. Human Resource or related majors. - 5 year’s HR experience on compensation function in foreign invested factory. - Familiar with labor law and human resource management regulation. Have good knowledge on Compensation & Benefit related fields. - Good ability to analyze and solve problems. - Good communication skills and logical thinking ability. - Good at both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of computer application software. - Patient and Attentive.
