崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品PPAP認(rèn)可文件的收集、整理和提交,并得到顧客的認(rèn)可報(bào)告及存檔;
Responsible for collecting and clean up and submit PPAP files to customers, and get approval report; and keep in the archives;
2.負(fù)責(zé)控制計(jì)劃的編制,產(chǎn)成品檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書的編制;
Responsible for editing control plan, inspection instruction of finished product;
3.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目階段顧客反饋和自己發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析
Responsible for making statistic and analysis of quality problem for customers feedback and self-find in project development phase ;
4.負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目階段顧客反饋質(zhì)量問題的分析及并及時(shí)給顧客反饋處理意見和報(bào)告;
Responsible for organizing analysis of customer feedback quality problem and feedback handling suggestions and report to customer on time in project development phase;
5.參與新項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)過程,協(xié)調(diào)PE制作樣件;
Participating in new project development and sample building cooperate with PE;
6.負(fù)責(zé)工程變更事件與客戶接口;
Responsible for communicating with customer about the EC issue;
7.參與質(zhì)量問題小組分析;
Participating in the activity of quality issue analysis team ;
8協(xié)調(diào)本部門與其他部門的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系;
Harmonize quality department with other department relation;
任職要求:
1.有兩年的汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); Have two years quality engineer work experience in automotive industry;
2.具有很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、協(xié)調(diào)和溝通能力,有效管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)相關(guān)人員解決各種質(zhì)量問題的能力; Have strong ability of team work and cooperation and communication, manage effectively and lead relevant personnel to solve all kinds of quality issues;
