Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept design, prototyping and testing to final product release ? Identify and implement materials, technologies, control systems to improve heater efficiency, safety and durability ? Ensure that products comply with relevant standards and certifications ? Manage project timelines and resource allocations ? Train sales team on new technologies ? Carry out production planning, manage production workers and oversee materials and inventory ? Manage suppliers: identify, specify, quality check and purchase ? Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for inbound and outbound material ?
