Responsibilities ? Collaborate with development teams to gather, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements. ? Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, functional specifications for developers and QA testers. ? Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinement sessions) and status meetings. ? Support scope definition and refinement with Lead BA and squad members. ? Track progress of deliverables, assist with backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with project timelines. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams. ? Analyse the impact of requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. ? Provide support to the TPM and assist with squad coordination and reporting. Requirements ? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment. ? Proven experience working with technical teams and translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. ? Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile squads. ? Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support requirement validation and solution design. ? Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Confluence, ADO, or similar. ? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? Comfortable working independently and proactively driving tasks to completion. Preferred Skills ? Exceptional ability to elicit, analyse, and document requirements. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. ? Experience with enterprise-level platforms, cloud platforms and financial services products ? Familiarity with API specifications, data flows, and integration requirements. ? A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and patience. ? Experience in a distributed team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
