Problem-solving skills, analytical skills. 5. Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc. 6. Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA. 7. Knowledge and experience of lean (5S, 7 wastes, OEE, VSM, SMED, Kanban/Supermarket, Pull production and Visualization) and Six sigma 8. Knowledge and skill of project management, skill in NPI. 9. Good communication skills and team work. 10. Good command of English, both in spoken and written. 11. PC skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD.
