Roles and Responsibilities崗位職能職責 · Work on the monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate delivery of salary payout. 負責每月的工資發(fā)放工作,確保及時準確地發(fā)放工資。 · Complete the monthly payroll related reporting & posting, benefit related changes, e.g., group insurance, CBS, etc. Monitor external service of insurance & housing fund, income tax to ensure the compliance. 完成每月薪資相關報告和過賬、福利相關變更,如團體保險、CBS 等。監(jiān)控保險、住房公積金、所得稅等外部服務,確保合規(guī)。 · Provide consultation, training and respond to inquiries from associates, business managers and HR peers across the organization on compensation/benefit/rewards and recognition to have stakeholders understand the policies at all levels and collect feedback for the policy review periodically. 就薪酬/福利/獎勵和表彰問題向員工、業(yè)務經理和整個組織的人力資源同行提供咨詢、培訓并回答他們的詢問,使利益相關者了解各個層面的政策,并收集反饋意見,以便定期審查政策。 · Support HR Manager to carry out the Annual Salary Adjustment and Performance Bonus 支持人力資源經理開展年度工資調整和績效獎金工作 · Analyze and track personnel cost to make suggestions on optimization. 分析和跟蹤人事成本,提出優(yōu)化建議。 · Compensation Strategy and external market benchmarking 薪酬戰(zhàn)略和外部市場基準 · As lead user of HR IT system, responsible in HR IT tool application to improve work efficiency in HR area 作為人力資源信息技術系統(tǒng)的領導用戶,負責數字化在人力資源領域的應用,提升工作效率。 Work related requirements 工作相關資格要求 1. 本科學歷,工商管理或人力資源相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先 2. 2-5年人力資源工作經驗,1年薪酬福利相關工作經驗;制造或外資公司薪酬福利工作經驗優(yōu)先。 3. 熟練使用OFFICE軟件 4. 良好的溝通能力,快速學習的能力 5. 英語流利
