What this job involves: To maintain employee life cycle changes in HR Database (PeopleSoft/Workday) and process HR administrative tasks from country HR. Responsibilities: Ensure request complies with JLL Data Integrity guidelines. Liaise with the country HR for clarification and corrections to complete the requests received. Maintain timeliness and accuracy beyond SLA (Service Level Agreement). Handle escalations as per SLA. Maintain metrics for performance review and client reporting.
